This month, we’re exploring self-censorship. We’re taking a deeper look into how you might be censoring yourself and not allowing the fullest expression of YOU.

We understand there are moments when it might not be safe to express yourself fully and we honor your discernment in these situations. However, in the moments when it is safe to be who you are and truly express yourself, we want to explore what is holding you back from your most authentic expression.

If we’re able to bring awareness to the moments and relationships in which we tend to self-censor, we can learn to identify in the moment what we need to feel supported in our fullest expression.
