We’re starting the year off with one of our favorite topics: codependency.

We can’t have boundary conversations without this topic coming forward, so we want to support you in deepening your understanding of what codependency is, how it can manifest and where it has come from.

Learning to be able to identify this way of relating is an invaluable tool in radically shifting your relationship to yourself and those you’re in relationship with. We’ll also be bringing in an energetic element to the conversation and teaching how to cut energetic cords with relationships that are no longer serving you.
