Do you often prioritize others' needs over your own, leaving you feeling drained & depleted?

Does the thought of saying "no" make you anxious, causing you to say "yes" when you don't want to?

Is fear of conflict preventing you from asserting your boundaries, leaving you feeling unheard?

If these questions struck a chord with you, then it’s time to learn how to bridge the gap between having the knowledge of boundaries to confidently setting boundaries in your life.

Go from…

Avoiding your emotions

Finding it hard to be yourself in relationships

Biting your tongue in order to "keep the peace"

Feeling resentful toward others

Scared to set boundaries because of fear of rejection, criticism, and abandonment

Ignoring what you want in life

Feeling confused about who you truly are

A lack of confidence in yourself

Feeling like you know what boundaries are, but having trouble setting them

And shift into…

Safely supporting yourself when feeling emotional

Expressing yourself in relationship with E.A.S.E.

Confidently sharing authentically in relationship

More intimately to connected to yourself and others

Feeling more connected to your desires

Experiencing the freedom of being yourself in relationships

Confidently speaking your boundaries to others

Feeling free of resentment toward others

Trusting yourself to set necessary boundaries, knowing you can support yourself in moments of criticism and rejection

But how do you do this?

That’s where The Sacred Rebel comes in.

An 8-Week, group coaching program designed to help you shift from a life of self-abandonment to a life of embodied, authentic self-expression (E.A.S.E.)

The Sacred Rebel program goes beyond surface-level boundary knowledge to support you in moving beyond your internal resistance and fear to confidently setting loving, embodied boundaries.

Led by a trauma psychotherapist and boundary coach, you’ll experience a trauma-informed group space to teach you the practical strategies to overcome the fear of boundaries and liberate your inner, sacred rebel.

What to Expect in the Program

  • Week 1: Symptoms of Soul Misalignment

In this foundational week, we'll explore the concept of self-abandonment and help you understand why you’re self-abandoning in the first place. You’ll deepen your connection with your body and discover how your body communicates when you're self-abandoning and how to begin to shift this pattern.

  • Week 2: The Protective Nature of Self-Abandonment and Lack of Boundaries

Uncover the protective nature of self-abandonment, codependency, and your lack of boundaries. We'll approach these aspects of yourself with curiosity and compassion, shedding shame and embracing self-acceptance. Learn to rewrite your story and reclaim your personal power.

  • Week 3: Exploring Your Body and Embodied Boundaries

Your body holds profound wisdom when it comes to boundaries. Through embodied exercises and guided visualizations, you'll connect with your body's signals and learn to listen attentively. Begin building a relationship with your body as a trusted guide in setting and honoring your boundaries.

  • Week 4: Your Fears

Facing fears is an essential part of boundary work. In this week, we'll delve into the fears associated with setting boundaries and speaking your truth. We’re talking all things nervous system this week and how to regulate and calm your system when activated.

  • We get it. It can be hard to think of being vulnerable in a group. The group aspect of the Sacred Rebel program is very intentional—when we're working on being more authentic, it's imperative we have a community behind us that can see us in our authenticity, lift us up when we are feeling fearful of stepping into our authentic self and support us in feeling confident in expressing who we truly are. There is a magic in the group element of this program.

Also, there are self-guided elements to this group program. The digital resources and content are available for you to access on your own and at your own pace!

  • Perfect! Many individuals that will be joining this program are actively seeing a therapist 1-on-1 as well as members that aren’t actively participating in therapy.

It can be helpful to maintain your appointments with your therapist while working through the content to support your integration and processing.

  • This makes sense! $400 can feel like a big investment.

Here are our thoughts on it: When it comes to financial investments for self-healing, it can feel difficult for many reasons.

We love to ask these questions to put things into perspective and to help you feel out if now is the right time to join the program:

How long have you spent feeling disconnected from yourself and your worth? If you had to put a dollar amount on it, what is this time worth? (The lost time with yourself, not working toward your goals, the lost time authentically being present with those you love)

How much is your authenticity, healing and joy worth?

And, sometimes this question is hard to sit with:

Are you willing to spend more time continuing to move forward in your life feeling this way?

If after sitting with these questions you are still feeling unsure, you are more than welcome to schedule a consultation call with Dani to chat more about if this program is the right fit for you.

Also, please know: We want to honor your boundaries if this program is a “no” for you right now. What beautiful clarity! We’re excited for other ways you can connect with us via the podcast, psychotherapy retreats or any of our free offerings.
